SHIPPING & PROCESSING

When Will My Order Ship?

Answer: Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process. Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day.

When will my order deliver?

Answer: Domestic Orders take 2-5 business days to deliver. International Orders take 3-12 business days to deliver.
Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. 

 

Incorrect Order or Shipping information on my order?

Answer: We can only make changes if your order has not been processed. TASI JEWELS will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided at time the order was placed.

Do you Ship Worldwide?

Answer: Yes.

Will there be additional charges for international order?

Answer: There is no additional charge on the cost of the product, however shipping will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location. 

My order says Delivered, but I did not receive it?

Answer: TASI Jewels does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.
