Shipping Policy

ECONOMY SHIPPING (2-5 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)

Economy shipping is free for orders over $95. Orders less than $95 are charged a set shipping rate at checkout. We utilize USPS First Class mail as our primary shipping for our Economy shipping method. After you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and mailed. Once order is mailed, it will be delivered between 5-8 business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING (2-4 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)

We utilize USPS Priority mail as our primary shipping for our Standard shipping method. After you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and mailed. Once order is mailed, it will be delivered between 3-4 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-2 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)

We try to ensure that orders placed with Express Shipping are mailed out the same day. On rare occasions, it might take up to 2 business days after an order is placed for an express shipment to be mailed. Once mailed, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Order not delivered or returned to sender 

Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. In the event that your order is returned to us due to insufficient address, there will be a $15 fee for your order to be resent to the correct address.

TASI Jewels does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.
